Our galvanizing department is serviced by a multitude of cranes including a 4000lbs capacity davit arm, two over head cranes with a capacity of 15 and 7 metric tonnes and a monorail crane system with a maximum load
of 8000lbs.

Our kettle measures 42'-6" (13m) long by 4'-6" (1.4m) wide and 8' (2.4m) deep. Oversized material may also be galvanized by a process called double dipping, where most of the object is dipped then is manipulated in order to complete the balance of the process.

It is good practice to take into account hoisting limitations, drain and vent hole locations as well as kettle dimensions during the design and fabrication of your product.
