Our equipment is capable of processing:
- Angles up to 12’’ x 12’’ x 1.5’’ and 60’ long
- Beams up to 40” wide x 60’ long
- Plates up to 5’’ thick x 10’ wide x 55’ long
Additionally, we have:
- 6 various sized angle punch lines
- 1 angle drill line
- 1 angle/beam drill line
- 3 various size and capacity CNC plate processing centers which include punching, drilling, gas cutting, HD plasma cutting, etc.
- Robotic HD plasma processing center
- Robotic welding centers
- Multiple bending machines, including 1000 ton 35’ press brake
